Canada Post Strike
November 15, 2024: Due to the Canada Post strike, orders with tracking numbers received from Thursday, November 14 at 2 PM will be shipped with Purolator. Orders without tracking will remain on hold until Canada Post provides further updates.

Shipping within Canada
We offer two shipping options, depending on the items selected:

  1. With Tracking Number
    You will receive a tracking number via email within 1 to 3 business days after placing your order. Once processed, delivery will take 1 to 2 business days. You can track the progress of your package with the updates provided.

  2. With Stamp
    For smaller packages, we offer a more economical shipping option with a stamp, though the delivery time is longer, depending on the destination.

  • Delivery Time: 1 to 10 business days after the package leaves our workshop.
  • Order Processing: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Please Note: In certain regions or in case of issues, delivery may take up to 3 weeks.

Shipping to the United States

  • Flat Rate: $12
  • Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days after order processing.

Shipping to Europe

  • Flat Rate: $13
  • Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days after order processing.
  • Customs fees may apply.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, especially between December 24 and January 5.

Shipping Elsewhere in the World
We do not ship outside Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and France at this time. For special requests, please contact us at info@gibou.ca.

 


Exchanges and Refunds

If an item doesn’t suit you, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving your package or opt for an exchange or store credit within 30 days.

  • Items must be unworn and have their original tags attached.
  • Before returning a product, please contact us at info@gibou.ca.
  • Include the following in your return package: your name, order number, phone number, email address, and a brief explanation of the return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless it’s due to an error on our part.
