Shipping

All our deliveries are handled by Canada Post.

Shipping within Canada

We offer two shipping options, depending on the items selected:

  1. With Tracking Number

You will receive a tracking number by email within 1 to 3 business days after placing your order. Once processed, your package will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days. You can track your shipment’s progress through the updates provided.

  1. Stamp Delivery

For small packages, we offer a more economical stamp delivery option, with a longer shipping time depending on the destination.

  • Delivery timeframe: 1 to 10 business days after the package leaves our workshop.
  • Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Please note: In certain regions or due to unforeseen issues, delivery can take up to 3 weeks.

Shipping to the United States

  • Flat fee: $12
  • Delivery timeframe: 4 to 7 business days after processing your order.

Shipping to Europe

  • Flat fee: $13
  • Delivery timeframe: 6 to 10 business days after processing your order.
  • Customs fees may apply.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods, especially between December 24 and January 5.

Shipping elsewhere in the world

We currently do not ship outside of Canada, the United States, the UK, and France. For special requests, please contact us at info@gibou.ca.

Exchanges and Refunds

If an item doesn’t suit you, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving your package or opt for an exchange or store credit within 30 days.

  • Items must be unworn and have their original tags attached.
  • Before returning a product, please contact us at info@gibou.ca.
  • Include the following in your return package: your name, order number, phone number, email address, and a brief explanation of the return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless it’s due to an error on our part.
